You'll lose out on a lot by not having hosting (which allows you to have exclusive control over everything, never have to worry about losing hard work, allows you to utilize A TON of stuff out there for marketers, etc.). Hosting can be really cheap, the hosting I have is $6.99/mo and I have a ton of sites and other stuff on it. A domain will run you around $10/yr. and a tip to getting a few dollars off is whoever you purchase through (GoDaddy, HostGator, etc.) do a search for some coupons before purchasing. I always find a coupon and get a few bucks off. I purchased my last domain for a little over $7. That's the only thing you need to use 30MBL - your own hosting. It's a very simple and effective program. Best of luck!
